The Trinity

The boys and girls in Third and Fourth Class were learning about the Trinity. God the Trinity is a community of three persons - God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit - who love one another. We made a Trinity bracelet to help us remember when we live and love like Jesus we bring God's love to others.

Galway Chess Finals

Congratulations to the children who participated in the Galway Chess Final at the Ardilaun Hotel in Galway last Wednesday. It was a wonderful experience to spend the day playing chess with other students from schools across Galway. The event provided a great opportunity to challenge ourselves, improve our skills, and enjoy friendly competition. We also had a fantastic time meeting and making new friends. Well done to all involved!

Visit from Garda Gerard Naughton

During the month of May, we had the pleasure of welcoming Garda Gerard Naughton to our school for an important talk on internet safety and drug awareness. He shared valuable information about how to stay safe online, including how to protect our personal information, recognise online dangers, and use social media responsibly. Garda Naughton was very engaging and took the time to answer all of our questions. We are confident about how to stay safe both online and in everyday life.
