The children had great fun celebrating Pancake Tuesday.  We made lots of pancakes and the children wrote their very own recipes in English and Irish. We are definitely all ready for Lent.

plúr, uibheacha, baine, im, líomóid, siúcra, subh, leathán seacláide, sútha talún, babhla, criathar, spúnóg mhór, friochtán, sorn, pláta, forc, scian agus spúnóg.

Ar mhaith leat pancóga a dhéanamh?

  1. Nigh do lámha.
  2. Cuir plúr sa bhabla.
  3. Cuir uibheacha sa bhabhla.
  4. Cuir bainne sa bhabhla.
  5. Measc iad le chéile.
  6. Fan 30 nóiméad.
  7. Cuir friochtán ar an sorn.
  8. Cui rim ar ann bhfriochtán.
  9. Cuir an meascán ar an bhfriochtán.
  10. Nuair atá an phancóg donna ar an mbun, caith san aer é!
  11. Nuair atá an phancóg réidh, cuir ar an bpláta é.
  12. Cuir líomóid agus siúcra, subh, nó leathán seacláide agus sútha talún ar an bpancóg.
