We tracked our physical activity for four weeks. Every child was given the Irish Heart Foundation pocket planner. Everyone tried to be active for at least 60 minutes every day. The booklets made it easy for us to see and record our activity levels, lunchtime activities, active homework, PE class, after-school activities, training with your club etc., all count towards the 60 minutes a day. Well done to the children who participated in our fitness initiative for March and achieved their award!
